Yann
A member of the Greymanes and one of Kliff's named comrades. Official story material identifies Yann as one of Kliff's steadfast Greymane comrades, alongside Oongka and Naira. He stood at Kliff's side before the Black Bears' assault shattered the Greymanes and scattered survivors across the continent. Voice actor: Peter Bramhill.
Naira
A member of the Greymanes and one of Kliff's named comrades. Official story material identifies Naira as one of Kliff's steadfast Greymane comrades, alongside Oongka and Yann. Oongka
A member of the Greymanes and one of Kliff's closest comrades. An orc and one of the two additional playable characters besides Kliff. Described as nomadic, fiercely loyal, gruff and laconic, but his silence reflects restraint and care rather than a lack of feeling. Players can freely explore Pywel as Oongka outside of the main story. A heavier, more direct melee-focused character built around strength and endurance. Voice actor: Stewart Scudamore.
Myurdin
The leader of the Black Bears and one of the central antagonists in Crimson Desert. He is the enemy leader whose clash with Kliff and the Greymanes leads to the destruction and scattering of their faction. During the Black Bears' sudden night assault, Kliff's struggle against Myurdin becomes one of the defining moments of the game's opening conflict. Voice actor: Alastair Parker.
Awakened Ludvig
Second phase of Ludvig after consuming an imprisoned human for unholy power. His lightning attacks become far more devastating and wide-reaching.
Lava Myurdin
Second transformation of Myurdin after falling into magma at Ashclaw Keep. The oppressor that haunted Pailune returns bolder and stronger, fused with molten rock.
Ludvig
Leader of the Lonely Jackals. Seeks to oppress and rule through extreme force at Pailune Castle. Wields lightning-infused attacks with devastating speed.
