Walkthrough

1. 1Return to Karin Quarry after defeating all enemies and the Excavatron boss
2. 2Locate Erich near the center of the quarry among the cleared-out area
3. 3Speak with Erich to receive the Crane Control Room Key
4. 4Head to the elevator located next to Erich — near the giant wooden crane structure
5. 5Board the elevator and interact with the handwheel to crank up to the control room
6. 6Once at the top, use the Crane Control Room Key to unlock the door
7. 7Enter the control room and approach the crane controls by the window
8. 8Use the D-pad to move the claw horizontally toward the buried stone relic below
9. 9Carefully lower the claw (D-pad down) toward the relic, stopping just before contact
10. 10Align one claw side on the relic first, then adjust the second claw to lock on
11. 11Once both claws grip the relic, press up repeatedly to extract it from the stone
12. 12The relic extraction opens a hidden underground passage beneath the quarry
13. 13Enter the hidden area and collect the Palmar Pill inside the secret chamber
14. 14Return to Count Roberts at Bluemont Manor to complete the full Estate in Dismay quest chain

Tips

• The crane controls wobble a lot — take your time and move slowly for accuracy
• Position one claw side against the relic first — it stabilizes the second claw adjustment
• If the claw misses, you can retry without penalties, so don't rush the positioning
• Once locked on, the camera will zoom in and focus on the extraction — clear sign you succeeded
• After extraction, don't miss the hidden Palmar Pill reward in the secret underground chamber
• This quest unlocks the path to future House Roberts quests and story progression
