Walkthrough
- 1Use your lantern to activate the yellow tracking line from Reedfield Graves
- 2Head southwest toward the canyon entrance leading to Mountain of Frozen Souls
- 3Follow the canyon path and encounter the Reed Devil multiple times along the way
- 4Damage the Reed Devil when he appears — you can bypass other enemies if needed
- 5Continue following the canyon south until reaching an expansive open field
- 6At the base of Mountain of Frozen Souls, find the stone altar in the center of the field
- 7Approach the altar and examine the straw doll (Devil of the Reed Field's Doll) using L1/LB
- 8Cutscene plays — quest complete, leading to the next battle with the Reed Devil
Tips
- Stock healing items before the altar — no resupply opportunity before the next boss fight
- You can bypass combat with regular enemies but should fight Reed Devil encounters for progression
- The straw doll on the altar triggers the transition to the next quest automatically
- The Reed Devil appears multiple times along the canyon path — stay alert for his appearances
- Follow the lantern trail continuously to avoid getting lost in the canyon system
