Walkthrough
- 1Travel to Hills of No Return region in Hernand
- 2Ride along the southwestern road below the region
- 3Listen for quest notification as you approach bandit camp
- 4Enter bandit encampment near dilapidated structure
- 5Defeat the bandits holding the woodcutter captive
- 6Search the camp for the woodcutter tied to a post or tree
- 7Approach the bound woodcutter and hold R2 interact button
- 8Hold the button until rope is severed completely
- 9Confirm completion — quest ends once woodcutter is freed
- 10Note: This quest triggers dynamically — don't fast travel to miss it

- This quest triggers dynamically when you ride past specific locations
- Fast traveling frequently can cause you to miss this quest trigger
- The bandits must be defeated before you can untie the woodcutter
- Hold R2 completely to free the woodcutter — partial input doesn't work
- The woodcutter may be tied in different locations within the bandit camp
- Completing this quest before Turnali's Request is recommended
